Has anyone else heard about Nokia’s new cell phone charger that is powered by your bicycle? Pretty interesting stuff – could be especially useful to those bike-to-work commuters. Does this excite anyone?

If anyone has an iPad I found this cool company that makes protective sleeves from eco-friendly materials…
http://www.colcasac.com/ipad_case.htmlAnd here’s one made from bamboo. http://shft.com/#/shop/postId:434/
It’s from a site Adrien Grenier co-founded.

Samsung has created another eco-friendly phone, the Restore. it’s suppose to launch this summer and only on Sprint. What do you think?
Does that link take you to the actual picture of the new phone? It looks a little antiquated honestly, as far as cell phones go. I don’t think it would really compete with my iphone, but it might be a great choice if you’re getting a phone for a child? Releasing it only with Sprint though will have it’s limitations…
Yeah – I looked at it too and to be honest with you I don’t think I could ever leave my iPhone. Sprint really is pushing their new program which is a try sprint for 30 days and if you don’t like it, you can get your money back. That is a new thing for a mobile company!

Have you seen eParkGuide’s iphone app, eParkTours? It’s an app that has tour info about US national parks. They just released an update in February, but it looks pretty new. Right now there’s only 19 tours and all in western US, but I think it’s something to keep on the radar. I see a visit to Yellowstone in this summer…
