My tip for going green is to try to eliminate single-use plastic by using reusables…drink containers/straws, utensils, bags and more!
I like to cut up worn out white t-shirts into reusable cleaning/dusting rags ヅ *Thanks* for the giveaway!
I go green by not buying things I don’t need. For instance, I don’t automatically get a new cell phone when I’m eligible. My phone still works just fine, and I’m going to use it for as long as I can! Same for my TV, and my furniture…you get the picture. The less you consume in the first place, the less you end up throwing away, donating or having to recycle.
These are cool!
My best tip for going green is to make sure to bring reusable grocery bags with me to all the stores that I shop at so I don’t have to use plastic bags anymore.
We fill a bucket in the shower while we’re waiting for the water to heat up and then use the water to flush the toilet or water plants.
my tip is to compost. we remove so much waste from the trash by composting, then use the compost to grow new food in our tiny garden. We fill a 5 gallon bucket every 2 weeks or so of compost that would have otherwise gone into the trash.
