Utah Code, Title 36, Chapter 28, Section 102 & 103

Utah law (Utah Code, Title 36, Chapter 28, Section 102 & 103) includes dedicated military‑connected representation on a statewide defense board that advises state policymakers on quality of life issues affecting service members, veterans, and their families.

Utah offers 16 military and veteran specialty license plates to honor the service and sacrifice of eligible service members, veterans, retired service members, and qualifying family members statewide.

Utah recognizes military-friendly schools that demonstrate strong supports, resources, and points of contact for military-connected students and their families.
